This is a hands-on Ops role supporting the studio’s operational backbone as they build and grow. Key Responsibilities Lead a systems implementation, designing configuration, data structure, and workflows across CRM, ERP, and accounts Build reliable foundations for day-to-day operations, ensuring teams can run confidently Own system integration and operational reporting, bringing clarity to sales, purchasing, product movement, and financial visibility Translate operational needs into processes Collaborate with product & design stakeholders so the system reflects how architectural and interior products are actually sold, specified, and delivered Skills & Experience Essential: strong NetSuite experience, including end-to-end implementation and deep configuration ability (CRM/ERP/accounts).
